In this role, you will:

Desired Experience and Qualifications

  • Valid OT license for the state
  • Experience in school settings or pediatric environments preferred
  • Familiarity with both fine and gross motor skill development
  • Previous experience with home health or healthcare OT a plus
  • Compassionate, flexible, and comfortable adapting to new environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teachers and school teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students to support fine and gross motor skills development
  • Document progress and maintain accurate student records
  • Educate staff and families on strategies to assist students’ development
