Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit vehicle registrations and title applications to the appropriate state agencies.
- Maintain accurate records of all registration transactions and documentation.
- Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding registration status and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations relating to vehicle registration.
- Resolve any registration issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining an organized filing system for all registration-related paperwork.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a registration clerk or similar administrative role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
