Job Responsibilities – Essential Functions:
Interact with customers: provide friendly and timely customer service. Receive and document orders, answer questions, provide feedback. Operate cash register: accurately scan items, search items in database, collect all forms of payment, provide change. Prepare meals: using established recipes, prepare meals to include, but not limited to, sandwiches, soups, salads, dessert items, smoothies and ice cream. Stock market: identify items of low inventory and replenish using the first-in-first-out (FIFO) methodology. Other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications: No prior experience is required! Excellent customer service skills required. Time management, attention to detail, and basic problem-solving skills required. Strong commitment to cleanliness required. Basic math skills required.
Work Environment: Employees are required to stand 100% of the workday. Employees are exposed to cold environments for short periods of time, none to the extent of being unreasonable.
