WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of landscape construction experience
- Leadership skills
We'd prefer a candidate with excavator operating experience, but it's not required.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER
Typical working hours are from 6:45 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
As the leader of our landscaping construction operations, you work with your field team to bring our clients' visions to life! You show up to the job site ready to get to work and motivate your team. You read plans, lay out the projects, and coordinate work schedules with production timelines. Throughout the job, you check on your team's work and provide hands-on assistance to ensure every project goes off without a hitch.
