Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler II
Location: Westborough, MA
Compensation: $21/hour

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH WIRING AND USING A TORQUE WRENCH
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler II to perform a wide range of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic assembly tasks in a production environment. This role involves working from engineering documentation, wiring diagrams, and detailed assembly instructions to build complex assemblies and subassemblies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working under moderate supervision, with the ability to learn new procedures and share knowledge with others on the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems using hand and power tools
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, drawings, and bills of materials
- Perform point-to-point wiring from diagrams and wire run lists
- Integrate subassemblies, chassis, power supplies, and control boxes
- Communicate with Engineering and Quality teams regarding specifications and build standards
- Assist in troubleshooting assemblies as required
- Use precision tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify specifications
- Work independently or as part of a small team
- Train or assist in training new assemblers when needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school preferred
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards
- Familiarity with PC hardware and software installation is a plus
- Experience in clean room environments is a plus
- Prior work on complex control panels or capital equipment preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication in English
Schedule:
- Full-time, on-site
- Standard daytime hours, Monday through Friday
