Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician while ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.

Assist with wound care, catheterization, specimen collection, and other clinical procedures.

Support patients with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and health management.

Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare staff to ensure quality care delivery.

Follow all infection control, safety, and HIPAA compliance guidelines.

Respond to patient needs with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on excellent service.
Qualifications:

Active LPN license in the state of practice (required).

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (new graduates are welcome to apply, depending on facility requirements).

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc., preferred).
