We are seeking a Massachusetts–licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our residential service team. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of plumbing fixtures and HVAC related systems in customers' homes.

Job Title: Licensed Plumber
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay: $35.00–$48.00 per hour (based on experience and capability)

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and install residential HVAC systems and plumbing fixtures
  • Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems
  • Communicate clearly with customers about recommended services before work begins
  • Maintain a safety first mindset at all times, including while driving
  • Install pipe assemblies, valves, appliances, and fixtures
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and customer interactions
  • Lead and direct helpers assisting with pipe cutting, assembly, or installation
  • Conduct proper testing to ensure successful job completion
  • Perform leak detection using water or air pressure tests

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with an insurable record
  • Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License (or eligible to obtain)
  • Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, and hydronic systems
  • Residential service and installation background
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment preferred
  • EPA Universal Certification preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
