Job Description
We are seeking skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics in Milford, MA. The ideal Technician will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of heavy equipment used within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and on construction equipment including excavators, loaders, bulldozers, wheel loaders, motor graders, articulated dump trucks and skid steers.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Shift:
Day shift 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday to Friday and Saturday 7:00 AM - 12 Noon.
