What You Will Do
- Clean and sanitize rooms, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and other assigned spaces

- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with established procedures
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items promptly
- Follow cleaning checklists, schedules, and quality standards
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately
- Provide respectful, professional service when interacting with residents, guests, or team members
What We Are Looking For
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or similar experience is preferred but not always required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a neat environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Comfort using standard cleaning tools and supplies
