This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
Responsibilities:
- Welding high quality of GTAW, FCAW and SMAW welds
- Reading and understand drawings and other manufacturing documentation
- Working with stainless steel but also titanium and carbon steel as needed
- 6G type welding
- Using precision measuring instruments
- Able to layout, fit up and fabricate steel, stainless and aluminum weldments
Qualifications:
- Previous welding experience
- Experience in fabrication of pressure vessels preferred
- Short run and prototype experience
- Experience with working with large parts
- Experience welding a variety of materials and pipefitting preferred
- Knowledge of using fusing dissimilar metals, obtaining maximum weld strength and avoiding distortion
Hours are:
Monday through Friday- 7am to 3:30pm
The pay is up to $38.00 an hour based on experience
