Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care according to established standards and protocols

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, developing individualized care plans as needed

• Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as ordered by physicians and other healthcare providers

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and enhance organizational efficiency

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts

• New graduates, welcome to apply

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
