Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.
- Provide individualized, family, and group therapy tailored to unique cultural backgrounds and specific life situations, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals, interventions, and progress measurements, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, and school personnel, to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of each client.
- Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning, aiding clients during critical moments.
- Advocate for clients' rights and assist them in accessing community resources, providing essential case management support and follow-up.
