The Butcherie is looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented team member to join our store as a Cashier & Online Shopper. This is a multi-task position that combines front-end customer service with fulfilling online orders.
Responsibilities Include:
Online Shopper Duties:
- Quickly and accurately pick customer online orders
- Ensure high-quality product selection and attention to detail
- Work with the team to meet order deadlines
- Communicate and resolve product availability or substitution issues
Cashier Duties:
- Accurately process customer transactions (cash, credit, EBT if applicable)
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
- Maintain register accuracy and a smooth checkout experience
- Keep the checkout and work areas clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus (but not required)
