Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Eligibility for, or possession of, appropriate state licensure
- Experience in K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Provide consultative support and training to teachers and families
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory policies
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
