Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Eligibility for, or possession of, appropriate state licensure
  • Experience in K-12 school settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech/language and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with diverse needs
  • Provide consultative support and training to teachers and families
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory policies
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
