Job Description

When we say we offer stability, we mean it. Our company has a 30-year history with virtually zero turnover. People who join our team stay with us because we treat our crew like family, offer steady work, and invest heavily in our people.

We are looking for a reliable, long-term Insulation Installer to step into a key role on our team. If you are looking for a company you can retire from, you just found it.

As an Insulation Installer, you will play a role in improving energy efficiency and comfort in residential and commercial buildings. Your primary responsibility will be to install insulation materials in walls, attics, and other areas to regulate temperature, reduce energy consumption, and create a more comfortable indoor environment. You will work closely with a team of professionals, including contractors and homeowners, to ensure that insulation projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

What We Are Looking For:

  • The Ideal Candidate: You already have hands-on experience installing insulation, with a strong focus on spray foam application. You know the equipment, the techniques, and the rhythm of the job.
  • The Trainable Professional: If you don't have direct insulation experience but have a solid background in construction, carpentry, or general trades, we want to talk to you. If you have the right work ethic and relatable skills, we will train you on everything you need to know.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation: Prep, measure, cut, and install insulation materials—including fiberglass and spray foam—in residential and commercial walls, attics, and crawl spaces.
  • Air Sealing: Identify and seal gaps, cracks, and air leaks using foam and caulking to maximize energy efficiency.
  • Vapor Barriers: Install moisture control measures to prevent condensation and protect the structure.
  • Removal: Safely remove and properly dispose of old or damaged insulation when required.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized job site. Keep spray foam rigs and tools properly cleaned, maintained, and stored.
  • Client Satisfaction: Represent the company professionally when interacting with builders, contractors, and homeowners.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior experience in insulation installation (especially spray foam) is highly preferred. Otherwise, 1–2 years of relatable construction or trade experience is required.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, handle physically demanding tasks, work in confined spaces (attics/crawl spaces), and work comfortably at heights.
  • Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for quality to ensure air-tight, high-standard installations.
  • Reliability: A strong work ethic and the desire to stick with a company for the long haul.
  • License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.

What We Offer

  • Unmatched job stability (30 years of proven loyalty to our crew).
  • Comprehensive, paid on-the-job training for candidates with transferable construction skills.
  • A supportive, tight-knit team environment.
  • Competitive pay based on your experience.
