Your Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers with instructional tasks and classroom management
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students as directed
- Help implement lesson plans and activities to encourage student engagement
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
- Offer support to students with varying abilities and needs
- Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and breaks
- Monitor student progress and offer feedback to teachers as needed
