Position Overview\n
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist for a full-time position with guaranteed hours. The role requires a strong background in occupational therapy, particularly within behavioral health, to provide exceptional care to diverse patient populations.

- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Total Hours: 40 hours guaranteed per week
- Weekends: No weekend shifts required

\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in various settings.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Float to other units as necessary to meet patient needs.
- Take charge shifts as required to support nursing staff and coordinate care.

\n\nQualifications\n

- Minimum of 3 years of Occupational Therapy experience, preferably in behavioral health (experience must be recent, within the last 3 months).
- Must possess a valid license from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Behavioral health experience is essential, including specific age groups. Please outline experience in your resume.
- Active Vermont or Compact license required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Health Association is necessary.
- Willingness to float between different units is a must.
- Two supervisory references from the last two years of employment will be needed.
