Our skilled nursing facility is hiring a full-time Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead an assigned unit and oversee daily clinical operations.
What You'll Do

<li>Supervise nursing staff and patient care on the unit</li>
<li>Ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance</li>
<li>Complete chart audits and maintain accurate documentation</li>
<li>Participate in assessments, care planning, and discharges</li>
<li>Support staff performance and day-to-day operations</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For
<ul>
<li>Active RN or LPN license</li>
<li>Prior supervisory experience</li>
<li>SNF / long-term care experience required</li>
<li>Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills</li>
</ul>
Compensation
<ul>
<li>RN: $100,000 - $106,000/year (DOE)</li>
<li>LPN: $88,000 - $95,000/year (DOE)</li>
</ul>
