Plumber Wanted — Must Like People (and Maybe Bad Jokes)


We're looking for a plumber who actually likes the job. Not just the wrenches and the pipes — the whole thing. The customers, the team, the puzzle of figuring out what's really wrong, and the satisfaction of fixing it the right way.

  • You're a great communicator. You can explain a failing water heater to a panicked homeowner without making them feel dumb
  • You genuinely care about customers — not just closing the call, but solving the problem
  • You fight for what's right. If the fix takes longer to do correctly, you do it correctly. Band-aids aren't your style
  • You're competitive and hungry. You want to be the best tech on the board, and you'll work for it
  • You're sharp. You think on your feet, ask good questions, and learn fast
  • You're a little quirky, you joke around, and you actually enjoy your day. Life's too short to work with miserable people


The basics:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of plumbing and heating experience
  • Current, unrestricted driver's license
  • Professional tools


What the job actually is: People call us when things go wrong. You show up, figure it out, explain it clearly, and make it better. You're clean in their home, polite to their family, and happy to scratch the dog behind the ears. Five-star reviews come from five-star relationships — that's the game.


You also care about the team. You're the one calling around at the end of the day to see who needs help, because you're already done.


Compensation — You Pick the Path

We offer two pay structures. Talk to us about which fits you best:

  • Hourly + Performance Pay: $30–$50/hour based on experience, plus performance pay per invoice. Steady base, upside down.
  • Straight Performance Pay: 100% performance-based. No ceiling. Built for the tech who wants to bet on themselves and win big.

Either way — weekly pay. You shouldn't wait for what you've earned.

Compensation:

$35 - $55 hourly


Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose plumbing and heating issues
  • Present repair and replacement options to customers
  • Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential plumbing and heating systems
  • Sell recommended services and equipment
  • Document jobs in ServiceTitan with photos, findings, and recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, professional presence in customers' homes


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of plumbing and heating experience
  • Current and unrestricted driver's license
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Positive, team-first attitude
