We’re growing fast and looking for a hands-on Senior Financial Analyst/Finance Manager to join our med-device startup. You’ll play a key role in scaling our finance function, building models, driving insights, and supporting leadership across both US and UK operations. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine analytics, strategy, and execution to help shape our financial future.

What You’ll Do

- Own the monthly reporting and analysis process—variance analysis, reconciliations, and dashboards for management and investors.
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models that track burn rate, cash flow, and key operating metrics.
- Partner with R&D, Operations, Quality/Regulatory and G&A departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Lead board and investor reporting preparation, turning data into actionable insights.
- Support system improvements (NetSuite, Power BI, Excel) and help optimize expense and inventory processes.
- Collaborate with our accounting partners to ensure audit readiness, accurate close, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Analyze performance of new initiatives and strategic opportunities to guide decision-making.

What You Bring
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally in a startup or med-tech/life sciences company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or CFA a plus).
- Expert in Excel and financial modeling—three-statement modeling experience required.
- Proficient with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, other).
- Experience integrating AI into Finance activities a plus
- Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS and internal financial controls. Experience supporting businesses in both US and UK a plus.
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into clear insights.
- Ability to successfully partner with all functions/leaders across the business to provide timely information and insights that aid in decision making.
- Proven track record of delivering timely and accurate results while managing the demands of multiple priorities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoy building structure from the ground up.

Salary Range: $115,000-$155,000/year (Salary will be commensurate with experience).
