Carpenter Apprentice/Laborer
GJ Miller & Sons, Inc. is looking for a skilled carpenter apprentice to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works independently, and wants clear opportunity for growth. We would like to meet you if you are dependable, detail oriented and interested in an opportunity to learn and grow within our business.
What You Bring
3+ years of residential carpentry experience.
Experience in framing, finish carpentry, or both. Tile work/painting- a plus!
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail oriented and pride in craftsmanship.
Professional communication and team mindset.
Reliable transportation.
Personal hand tools. (company provides power tools)
Ability to listen to directions, and willingness to learn.

Perform rough, finish or general carpentry work on residential remodeling and design-build projects.
Work independently once scope and direction are provided.
Maintain strong quality and safety standards.
Keep jobsites clean, organized and professional.
Communicate clearly with Lead caprenters and Supervisors.
