Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator

About the Position

Better Living Audiology is looking for a friendly, reliable, and compassionate Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in South Burlington, Vermont!

We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, is organized, and takes pride in providing excellent patient care. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a welcoming, patient-focused audiology practice.

Schedule: 2 days per week, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with additional on-call availability when our regular patient care coordinator is out.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet patients in a warm, professional manner.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Support our Doctors of Audiology with daily patient care and office needs.
• Assist with basic hearing aid-related tasks and patient support.
• Perform clerical duties, including scanning, faxing, filing, and maintaining patient records.
• Help keep the office organized and running smoothly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a positive experience for every patient.

Qualifications

• Friendly, personable, and compassionate.
• Reliable, dependable, and organized.
• Comfortable working with patients and a team of Doctors of Audiology.
• Willing to learn about hearing aids and audiology.
• Comfortable using computers and performing basic office tasks.
• Previous medical office or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are important!

• Location: South Burlington, VT
• Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 2 days per week
• Additional availability: On-call coverage when our regular Patient Care Coordinator is out
