Key Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Provide expert nursing care in alignment with established procedures and protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring detailed documentation.
- Perform routine assessments and accurately monitor patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare processes, promoting understanding and reassurance.
- Maintain meticulous patient records utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Schedule and Shift Details● M-F 8-5pm Monadnock Family Care
Essential Qualifications for a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Valid LPN or LVN license from the state of NH
- ANY certification such as AHA BLS, AHA ACLS or ARC BLS
- At least one year of experience in Occupational Health or Occupational Medicine or Human Resources
- Proficient use of EMR systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on compassion and patience.
