Position Summary
\n

Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide individualized occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
\n
\n
Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Provide one-on-one therapy under the supervision of an OTR/L.
- Implement treatment plans addressing fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, ADL, and developmental skills.
- Conduct engaging, age-appropriate therapeutic activities.
- Complete timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate with families and collaborate with the multidisciplinary therapy team.

Requirements

- \n
- Active Massachusetts COTA license required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
- COTAs transitioning from other clinical settings are encouraged to apply.
