SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Milford, MA! We’re seeking caring, responsible individuals who want to make a meaningful difference by helping clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities

• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and help with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home

• Follow individualized care plans and clients’ daily routines

• Report changes in clients’ conditions or care needs to the team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
