Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts SLP license (please be ready to provide a screenshot as verification)
  • CCC credential (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Previous experience delivering speech services in school settings
  • Bilingual proficiency and cultural competence
  • Ability to pass a drug screening, fingerprinting, and background/CORI check
  • Dependable, with reliable transportation to and from the worksite
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Timely, professional, and responsive in all work and communication protocols

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to students with speech-language needs in both English and the target additional language
  • Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s strengths and requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote students’ success
  • Document progress, maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Uphold high standards for punctuality, communication, and professional conduct in accordance with school policies
