Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license (please be ready to provide a screenshot as verification)
- CCC credential (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Previous experience delivering speech services in school settings
- Bilingual proficiency and cultural competence
- Ability to pass a drug screening, fingerprinting, and background/CORI check
- Dependable, with reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Timely, professional, and responsive in all work and communication protocols
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to students with speech-language needs in both English and the target additional language
- Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s strengths and requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote students’ success
- Document progress, maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings
- Uphold high standards for punctuality, communication, and professional conduct in accordance with school policies
