Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Early Childhood Special Education certification is required
- Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher or Case Manager within a school setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of the special education process, including IEP development and implementation
- Familiarity with State and Federal rules and regulations governing special education
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families, teachers, service providers, and administrators
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering the growth and development of preschool-aged children
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Manage a caseload of preschool students, ensuring compliance and thorough documentation
- Act as a liaison among families, school staff, and related service providers to support optimal student outcomes
- Attend and facilitate IEP meetings, maintaining accurate and timely records
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as necessary
- Advocate for each child’s needs in both classroom and school-wide contexts
