We’re looking for experienced and driven design/sales professionals to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

• Guide clients through the design and furniture selection process, ensuring solutions are functional, aesthetic, and within budget, close sales.
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
• Follow up consistently to drive sales and build lasting client relationships.
• Use digital tools for floor planning, virtual presentations, and order processing.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to maintain a high-performing, design-forward environment.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and participate in all vendor and sales trainings.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, high-end retail sales, or furniture sales required.
• Strong working knowledge of furniture, design trends, and space planning.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort working with technology: Floor Planner, Microsoft Office/SharePoint, Teams. (Experience with Storis POS a plus.)
• Ability to work weekends and during peak retail periods.
