Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid New Hampshire Special Education Teacher certification required.
• Experience working with grades K-5, 6-8, and/or 9-12 students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies and materials to meet individual student goals.
• Previous experience in educational settings preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized instruction based on IEPs for students across multiple grade levels.
• Collect and analyze student performance data to monitor growth and adjust teaching methods.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive educational experiences.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and school-wide initiatives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that champions student success.
