We're hiring a high-energy, people-first General Manager to lead Club Elevate in Framingham. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who brings strong presence, ambition, and a passion for delivering an exceptional member experience.
You'll take ownership of daily operations, build and develop a motivated team, and create a positive, performance-driven environment that members enjoy being part of. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, lead from the front, and take pride in both team success and customer experience, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day club operations and serve as Manager-on-Duty.
- Hire, train, and develop a strong, motivated team.
- Create a positive, accountable culture that drives performance.
- Deliver a high-quality member experience and resolve concerns quickly.
- Drive revenue across memberships, personal training, and retail.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, expenses, and inventory.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep.
- Monitor performance, track key metrics, and improve results.
- Ensure compliance with all health, labor, and safety regulations.
- Coach the team to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of management experience.
- 3+ years in fitness, hospitality, or a high-volume service environment (or bachelor's degree).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A positive, high-energy approach with a focus on customer experience.
- Sales-driven mindset with comfort managing performance and results.
- Experience with POS systems and Google Workspace (preferred).
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
