About the Role
\n
We are seeking an Associate Manager of Supply Chain Logistics and Commercial Distribution to support logistics and commercial distribution activities, primarily focused on commercial distribution shipments into the GCC region.
\n
This role will work cross-functionally on time-sensitive logistics projects, international shipments, customs compliance, commercial product launches, and process implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Logistics & Commercial Distribution
- Support shipments into the GCC region, including:
- KSA
- UAE
- Oman
- Bahrain
- Kuwait
- Qatar
- Support commercial product launch activities
- Support US Commercial Distribution
- Execute international bulk and sample shipments between CMOs and regions

Process & Compliance
\n

- Support setup and implementation of new process flows
- Support customs compliance management
- Collaborate with QA to ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and applicable regulations
- Maintain detailed records of assigned activities

Cross-Functional Collaboration
\n

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and uninterrupted flow of information
- Work across organizational boundaries to create solutions within a regulated environment
- Maintain reports and dashboards in Smartsheet

\n
Qualifications
\n
- \n
- B.S. in Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on logistics experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience moving high-value clinical and commercial drugs intended for human use
- Experience with US importation and international shipments
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to execute to a high standard
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with data management tools

Compensation

- Target Pay: $55–$60/hr
