Responsibilities
- Safely operate reach trucks to move, locate, and stack products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Reach Truck Operator or similar role.
- Valid reach truck certification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
