Internally we call our bartenders Ambassadors, as they guide our guests through the Craft Food Halls experience.
This is done by:
- 1. Creating The Most Positive Experience
- 2. Utilizing a combination of interpersonal skills and anticipating guests' needs.
- 3. Understanding of food and beverage offerings.
- 4. Suggestive selling with the guests.
- 5. Understanding and knowledge Of Food And Beverage Presentation
- 6. Assisting Guests With Online And Manual Ordering
- 7. Guest Safety & Alcohol Awareness
- 8. Stocking, cleanliness and overall presentation of the bar and bar areas.
- 9. Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant.
