Mechanical Assembly Trainee – Manufacturing
Electro-Mechanical Assembler I – Entry-Level Advanced Manufacturing
Location: West Boylston, MA
Pay: Starting at $19 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

We are hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembler I to build mechanical and electrical assemblies in a clean, modern, air-conditioned facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, using tools, and learning how advanced products are built.
Candidates with technical school, trade school, automotive, mechanical, repair, or hands-on tool experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Build mechanical and electrical assemblies
- Assemble electrical panels and electrical boxes
- Follow written work instructions, drawings, diagrams, and BOMs
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Work with a small team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Follow quality and workmanship standards
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical education, automotive, mechanical, or assembly experience preferred
- Exposure to hand tools and power tools
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and grow
