Our client, a premier mid-sized firm in Boston, seeks a junior-level to senior-level real estate attorney ASAP.
The firm prefers to hire a contract attorney (due to the urgency), but there is a lateral/perm position available as well, so the firm will consider straight lateral candidates.
Varied work, including financing, acquisitions, sales and leasing. Any affordable housing experience is a plus.
The firm offers work-life balance, as they have a VERY low billable hours target for the lateral/perm position. The contract position can be part-time or full-time.
Also, the firm prefers a hybrid work arrangement in its Boston office, but they will consider fully remote for the contract attorney.
