Boxborough Gymnastics Center is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Gymnastics Coach to join our competitive team program. We are a fast growing program with exciting opportunities ahead as we move into a much larger facility in August!
Responsibilities
- Coach competitive gymnasts in Levels 2–6.
- Teach proper technique, skill development, and progression on all events.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating training environment.
- Provide individualized feedback and guidance to athletes.
- Assist with competition preparation and athlete development.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and coaching staff.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of our team program.
Qualifications
- Experience coaching USA Gymnastics Levels 3–6 is required.
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, progressions, and safety standards.
- Positive attitude and passion for working with young athletes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Compensation & Schedule
- $30+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Part-time position with 4–12 hours per week. Very flexible with scheduling!
