Team Kelley Construction is seeking a skilled Carpenter to perform residential remodeling and renovation work. The Carpenter will work closely with the Lead Carpenter and project managers to bring plans to life while upholding the company’s standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Perform hands-on carpentry tasks including framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and flooring.

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Work collaboratively with the crew and subcontractors to complete projects on schedule.

Communicate progress, challenges, and needs to the Lead Carpenter or project manager.

Ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Qualifications

2+ years of carpentry experience (residential remodeling preferred).

Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Knowledge of construction materials and methods.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
