You'll hire great talent, develop future leaders, protect our standards, and create a culture where accountability and positive energy work side by side.This isn't a clipboard-and-office position. You'll lead from the floor, set the pace, and be present when your team needs you most.What You'll OwnAs General Manager, you'll be responsible for the performance and culture of the bakery. You'll:Recruit, hire, train, and retain an outstanding teamCoach employees and develop your next generation of leadersBuild schedules that support both the team and the businessManage labor, inventory, food costs, and other controllable expensesTrack KPIs and turn performance data into practical actionMaintain exceptional standards for cookie quality and presentationEnsure a clean, organized, and food-safe bakeryDeliver a consistently memorable guest experienceSolve problems quickly, calmly, and confidentlyCommunicate expectations clearly and hold the team accountableCreate an environment where people feel supported and challenged to improvePartner with company leadership on bakery goals and long-term growthThe Leader We're Looking ForYou understand that great results begin with great people.
