Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist is sought for the 2026–2027 academic year. This onsite-only opportunity involves making a direct impact with students, supporting their communication goals, and collaborating in a vibrant educational community.

This contract position is ideal for a certified, bilingual SLP who thrives in school environments and is passionate about empowering learners with diverse language backgrounds. Working in the Springfield area, you’ll join a forward-thinking team focused on innovative learning and student success.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts (please submit a screenshot with your application)
  • Bilingual proficiency essential for effective service delivery
  • Prior experience working in school settings, preferably with diverse student populations
  • Ability to clear all required background checks, including CORI/fingerprinting and drug screening
  • Dependable transportation and a commitment to punctuality
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort with Microsoft Teams for a brief (15–30 minute) interview
  • Commitment to providing notification of absences per school protocol

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate daily with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate reports and compliance documentation as required by school policy
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and culturally responsive classroom atmosphere
  • Lead or participate in IEP meetings as the SLP expert
