About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team at Burn Boot Camp MetroWest in Framingham, MA. As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Assist with check-in process and membership inquiries
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus
- Passion for health and fitness is preferred
