Job Overview:
We are seeking a hard working and reliable Counter Sales Associate to join our team as part of the Buttermilk & Bourbon Group. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, able to work as a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet customers and place food orders & deliver to tables
- Process sales transactions accurately using Toast Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Upsell items to maximize sales
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Re-stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
Experience:
- Previous experience in food sales or customer service is required
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience using Toast POS is preferred but not required
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell items effectively
- Experience cash handling is required

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour + tips
