Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful difference in students’ lives by providing support across all grade levels in a dynamic educational environment. This district-wide need is seeking an experienced school psychologist to work with K-12 students across four buildings for the upcoming academic year. This is a full-time contract opportunity, beginning August 26th, 2026, and continuing through June 14th, 2027. You’ll collaborate with faculty, staff, and families, fostering academic and emotional growth and ensuring inclusive success for every student.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Vermont School Psychologist Certificate required
  • Prior experience working as a school psychologist in a K-12 setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to work across multiple school buildings and grade levels
  • Knowledge of MTSS, Response to Intervention, and IEP development is advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Provide district-wide psychological services to K-12 students in four buildings
  • Conduct assessments, interpret data, and make evidence-based recommendations
  • Deliver counseling and intervention services individually and in groups
  • Participate as a key member of Student Support Teams and IEP meetings
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs
  • Support school-wide social/emotional learning initiatives and crisis response
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards
