Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify the needs and challenges faced by patients.
- Collaborate with patients to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their personal goals, address specific mental health concerns, and consider cultural influences.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to facilitate healing in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.
- Provide immediate crisis intervention services, acting quickly to stabilize patients in acute distress and ensuring continuity of care by working closely with other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to organizational policies and regulatory standards, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage mental health conditions effectively.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
- Regularly assess treatment outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
- Stay updated on current research and best practices in mental health care, integrating new knowledge into your clinical work for enhanced patient support.
