Fitzemeyer & Tocci (F&T) is seeking an accomplishedEngineering Principalto join our senior leadership team. As a trusted Owners Engineer, we partner with healthcare, science & technology, and academic clients to deliver practical, high-quality engineering and construction leadership.
This role is ideal for aPE-licensed engineering leaderwho excels at technical oversight, client relationships, and strategic contributionand who is interested ingrowing with the firm over time.
What Youll Do

- Lead complex MEP/FP engineering projects from design through construction
- Serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to clients
- Provide senior technical oversight and quality assurance across projects
- Mentor engineers and project teams; reinforce standards and accountability
- Support business development, pursuits, and long-term client relationships
- Champion innovation, constructability, and emerging technologies
What Were Looking For

- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 5+ years of experience in MEP/FP engineering with leadership responsibility
- Proven success leading multidisciplinary, institutional projects
- Strong client-facing skills and sound business judgment
- Experience with Revit, BIM, and engineering analysis tools
- Ability to balance technical depth with a firm-wide perspective

Salary Range: $145,000 - $225,000 base salary
(Placement depends on job-related factors (skills, experience, scope, internal parity).
