Director of Finance
Base salary range: $125,000 - $160,000 (see below for benefits information)

Well established, profitable and reputable organization is hiring for a Director of Finance due to a pending retirement. The incumbent will transition the new Director of Finance before retiring. The organization has a positive culture that encourages implementing changes to create efficiencies.
Responsibilities include oversight of all accounting functions including month end close, monthly reporting, budgeting/ forecasting, internal controls, liaison with the CPA firm, inventory accounting, monitoring KPI’s and provide insights and recommendations to improve policies and procedures.
Minimum requirements include experience with the responsibilities listed above, strong supervisor and leadership experience, and an understanding of core costing concepts. Any HR experience is a plus.
The base salary range is of $125,000 - $160,000 plus Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, PTO and a 401k plan with a generous match.
