\n Our approach to physical therapy includes direct involvement with each patient, combining advanced hands-on techniques with patient education and individualized rehabilitative programs. Each of our therapists has training in a wide variety of traditional techniques — and many also have training in non-traditional treatment methods. We’re Helping Patients Who Have:
\n Orthopaedic and sports injuries
\n Gait training
\n Balance training, fractures, sprains and dislocations
\n Musculoskeletal dysfunctions
\n Neck and back pain
\n Neurological disorders (such as stroke and Parkinsons)
\n Balance and fall prevention
\n Bone and joint diseases
\n Hand injuries
\n Workplace injuries
\n Pelvic floor dysfunction
\n Incontinence
\n Pulmonary rehabilitation

\n Typical patient ratio: 8/day Monday-Thursday, 6 on Friday.
\n This traveler will be able to provide evaluations and treatments including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises for patients with varying diagnoses including post operative care, joint replacement, back pain, tendonitis issues, general deconditioning, balance and vertigo issues.
\n Our Outpatient PT clinics are closed for major holidays.
\n Requirements
\n 2 years CURRENT PT experience [Required] (New grads will not be considered for this need)
\n DOCTORATE [REQUIRED]
\n Updated CAQH must be provided after start
\n NPI must be provided after start
\n Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed
\n Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics.
\n Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Required
\n Previous Rehab Experience - Required
\n Previous travel experience [strongly preferred]
\n CPSI EMR experience - [Highly Preferred]
\n Previous experience working with PTA's - [Preferred]
\n Traveler perm address must be included in profile
\n This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
\n Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
