Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current and valid Vermont Physical Therapist license

Current CPR certification

Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred

Strong knowledge of medical practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer proficiency
