Adecco is searching for a motivated Wire Bonder to join a great company in Lawrence, MA! Candidates MUST HAVE experience performing wire bonding or microelectronic assembly work with precision and quality focus.
Hours: Split Shift: Monday - Friday, 12:00PM–8:30PM
Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
Key Accountabilities

Operate and set up wire bonding equipment to perform precise wire bond operations on semiconductor and microelectronic components

Follow established procedures to create reliable electrical connections in assembly processes

Perform in-process inspections to ensure bonds meet quality standards

Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and process documentation

Maintain accurate production records and complete quality documentation

Achieve quality and productivity targets according to established standards

Maintain “5S” standards in assigned work area

Participate in Continuous Improvement activities

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
-
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
-
Previous experience as a Wire Bonder or in microelectronics assembly preferred
-
Experience working with precision tools and equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred

Ability to perform detailed work and follow strict quality standards
Skills & Capabilities:

Demonstrated ability to follow English written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail and quality focus
-
Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
-
Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled environment

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
