Position Overview
The Senior Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of multifamily construction processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards, including OSHA regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting timelines as necessary to meet project goals.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on multifamily projects.
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
