Berkshire Hills Music Academy (BHMA) is seeking compassionate individuals to join our residential team supporting young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in South Hadley, MA.
If you enjoy building relationships, helping others gain independence, and working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you. This role is ideal for CNAs, Home Health Aides, PCAs, DSPs, EMTs, nursing students, and anyone with a passion for providing person-centered care.
Responsibilities
· Support residents with activities of daily living including cooking, meal preparation, hygiene, laundry, and household routines.
· Administer medications following MAP certification (training provided).
· Accompany residents to medical appointments, shopping, recreational activities, and community outings.
· Encourage independence, confidence, and meaningful community participation.
· Build positive relationships while providing compassionate, person-centered support.
· Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and supportive residential environment.
Qualifications
· Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Valid driver's license.
· Healthcare or human services experience preferred, but not required.
· MAP certification(medication administration) or willingness to obtain certification (training provided).

· Weekend shifts- Day, afternoon, and evening weekend shifts
· 2:00-10:00pm weekday shifts
